Miss Nicole, Owner
Miss Nicole has her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology with concentration on Children and a Masters Degree in Elementary Education. She has been working with children aged 6 weeks to 5 years since 2008. Miss Nicole worked in a childcare center as a Mobile Infant Teacher and ran her own Home Daycare before expanding to a center. Miss Nicole is also CPR, First Aid, AED, Epi-pen and Med-certified.
Mr. Kevin, Owner
Kevin has his Bachelor's Degree in Health and Physical Education. He has his Masters Degree in Experiential Health and Healing and has been a Health and Physical Education teacher and coach in Stamford since 2006.
Emotional Support Animal
Bruno
Bruno is our Emotional Support Certified K9 companion! Emotional Support Animals may help alleviate the symptoms of multiple conditions. These include providing help with depression, anxiety, and other social disorders. ESA’s have also known to be successful in helping children cope with autism. (Certapet.com)

Director, Miss Lex
Miss Lex, Director
Miss Lex is a State Certified Head Teacher, has her Bachelor’s Degree in Child Studies and has worked professionally with children from birth to age nine, primarily with infants-age 5, in a childcare setting since October 2009, and was a babysitter since age 16. While obtaining both her Associates and Bachelor's degrees, she also made the Dean's list each semester. She has completed several student teaching positions in public schools, as well as a private school. She also has worked in a public school as a special education paraprofessional. Miss Lex has been with Miss Nicole's since we expanded and opened up our center in August of 2018. Additionally, she has her ECTC, is a level 12 of 15 with the Connecticut Office of Early Childhood, has her Head Teacher Certificate and current ECE State teaching endorsement. Miss Lex is also CPR, First Aid, AED, Epi-pen and Med-certified.
Miss Karina, Administration (Orange)
Miss Karina has been an Early Childhood Educator for infants and toddlers since 2012, working at Miss Nicole’s since we opened in 2018. Prior to that, she was a private nanny in New York for over 2 years. Miss Karina is CPR, AED, First Aid, and Epi-Pen and Med certified.
Miss Cole, ‘Wild Ones’ (Woodbridge)
Miss Cole has been working in the childcare, preschool and Pre-k field since 2006. She is currently working to obtain her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as her Head Teacher Certificate. Miss Cole is certified in First Aid, AED, CPR, Epi-pen and Medication Administration.
Miss Destany‘Wild Ones’ (Orange)
Miss Destany is currently working towards obtaining her Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education as well as her Head Teacher Certificate. She has been working in the childcare field since 2018. Miss Destany is certified in First Aid, AED, CPR, Epi-pen and Medication Administration.
Miss Belle, Tremendous Twos (Orange)
Miss Belle has been working in the childcare setting since 2023, with Miss Nicole’s since 2024. Prior to that, she was a private nanny. Miss Belle is first aid, CPR, AED, Med and Epi-pen certified.
Miss Cara, Pre-k Prep (Orange)
Miss Cara has been working at Miss Nicole’s since 2020. Prior to that, she started working in the Early Childhood field as a YMCA counselor in 2016 and began working in Childcare settings in 2019. Miss Cara is currently working towards her BA in Early Childhood Education and obtaining her Head Teacher Certificate. Miss Cara is first aid, AED, CPR, Med and Epi-pen certified.
Miss Ariana, Pre-k Prep(Orange)
Miss Ariana has been working in the childcare field since 2020. She is currently working towards her BS Degree in Psychology. She is certified in First Aid, AED, CPR, Epi-pen and Medication Administration.
Miss Victoria, Head Pre-K (Orange)
Miss Victoria graduated from Southern Connecticut State University in May 2020 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She holds a Head Teacher Certificate through the Office of Early Childhood. Throughout her 4 years of college, she took many courses focusing on infant and child development. She has been working in the childcare and preschool field since 2019. Miss Victoria is CPR, AED, First Aid, Epi-pen and Med certified.
Miss Cassey, Assistant Pre-k (Orange)
Miss Cassey has been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 2022, in New York and CT. Miss Cassey has been with Miss Nicole’s since 2024. Miss Cassey is first aid, CPR, AED, Med and Epi-pen certified.
Miss DIana, Support Staff & Substitute (Orange)
Miss Diana holds a Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and has been caring for children since 2015. Four of those years have been extensively caring for children under 3 years old. Miss Diana has been a teacher in the “Wild Ones” room at Miss Nicole’s CLC since 2019 and also worked in each of the classrooms as a floater prior to being full time. Miss Diana holds her CPR, AED, First Aid, Epi-pen and Medication certification.
