    Welcome to Pre-K 4!!  Our 3 & 4 year old programs will be using the Mother Goose Time curriculum that is aligned with CT State standards.  Every month a new curriculum box gets delivered to our door! Our Pre-K Prep 3 & Pre-K 4 programs are designed to get your child ready for Kindergarten!!  There are a variety of different things that you can expect your child to learn while being in the Pre-K Prep 3 & Pre-k 4 classrooms!

Our unique curriculum will help prepare your 3 & 4 year olds for Kindergarten, while still allowing them to use their creativity and enjoy learning through a combination of play and STEM techniques.  Our teachers use a number of strategies for teaching skills while they nurture their students’ natural curiosity and zest for learning. Our Preschool & Pre-K curriculum focuses on exposure to books, developing language, learning letters & sounds, recognizing numbers & learning to count, building background knowledge, encouraging creative thinking, developing listening & speaking skills, and so much more!  

Some things that your child will be experiencing, learning and gaining include:

• Cognitive, academic and language skills such as an introduction to literacy, numeracy, science and learning through exploration and play

• Social and emotional skills such as participation, manners, independence, teamwork and self help skills

• Fine and gross motor skills

• Exposure to an educational environment in a structured setting

• School etiquette such as learning to walk quietly in the halls, raising hands to speak, and forming a straight line
